By downloading or using CenterGrade App (“the app”), you agree to these terms of service.

Description of Service

CenterGrade App is a trading card centering measurement tool that uses your device’s camera to analyze card centering and provide estimated grade predictions. The app is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

Grade Predictions Disclaimer

Grade predictions provided by the app are estimates only and should not be considered guarantees of actual grades from any grading service. Actual grades from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading company may differ from the app’s predictions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any grading company.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases including a Pro upgrade and tip jar. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. Grading company names and logos (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on the app’s grade predictions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
