Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using CenterGrade App ("the app"), you agree to these terms of service.

Description of Service

CenterGrade App is a trading card centering measurement tool that uses your device's camera or photo library to analyze card centering and provide estimated grade predictions. All image processing is performed on your device. The app uses Firebase Analytics by Google to collect anonymous usage data, including app interactions, device information, and crash reports, to help improve app performance and user experience. The app is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Grade Predictions Disclaimer

Grade predictions provided by the app are estimates only and should not be considered guarantees of actual grades from any grading service. Actual grades from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, ACE, TAG, or any other grading company may differ from the app's predictions.

Prediction accuracy depends on factors including image quality, lighting conditions, card positioning, and manual adjustments made by the user. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of any prediction.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any grading company.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Ad content is determined by Google and is subject to Google's Terms of Service. You may remove all ads by purchasing the Pro upgrade.

Rewarded Video Ads

Free users may watch a rewarded video ad to temporarily unlock premium grade predictions (CGC, SGC, ACE, TAG) for the current scan only. This unlock does not persist to future scans and is subject to ad availability. We do not guarantee that rewarded ads will always be available.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases including a Pro upgrade and tip jar. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks premium features permanently. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Shared Content

The app allows you to generate and share card analysis images ("share cards"). You retain ownership of your card images. By using the share feature, you acknowledge that shared images may contain the app's branding and measurement data.

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. Grading company names (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, ACE, TAG) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on the app's grade predictions, centering measurements, or any other output.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
